Since May 2009, about half of my diet has been raw. It took me several months to get into the swing of it, but now I absolutely LOVE eating "live food," so I'm currently trying to go 100% raw. I'm a big believer in the health benefits of eating raw, and I think that in the future lots more people will eat this way. Here are some things I've created, and some things I've learned, "If we're not willing to settle for junk living, we certainly shouldn't settle for junk food." Sally Edwards
