Since May 2009, about half of my diet has been raw. It took me several months to get into the swing of it, but now I absolutely LOVE eating "live food," so I'm currently trying to go 100% raw. I'm a big believer in the health benefits of eating raw, and I think that in the future lots more people will eat this way.
